Upon receipt of conditional permanent resident status, the investors and their families are entitled to the same benefits as other lawful permanent residents. Some of these benefits include:
* Live and work anywhere in the U.S., if so desired
* Sponsor green cards for relatives
* Accept employment anywhere in the U.S.
* Freedom from day-to-day management
* Open and run a business in the U.S.
* Travel abroad and return to the U.S. without having to apply for an additional visa
* Study in the U.S. at resident cost
* Become a U.S. citizen (After 5 years in permanent resident status and meeting all USCIS requirements)
